Take high calorie n protein rich food everyday.Vegetarian diet lacks enough protein so take extra amount of protein in your daily diet.
Before you join the Gym see that u have an endurance level of being able to exercise/ brisk walk for 30-45 mins.
Check your Haemoglobin,Vit D3 n Vit B12 , Calcium levels to know if you are deficient in any of these.
