Body disbalance/ pain/cramps
I feel as thought I have a disbalance in my body, one shoulder lower, one higher, hips as well, I've been to the physician in our hospital(which isn't that good here) and they said "you should just go swimming", when I visited a private Physiotherapist( again who probably just took courses for a diploma), he said I have scoliosis and spondylosis, and I kept going on the messages, but he kept saying a few more weeks. so anyway, when I stretch completely i get foot cramps in my left foot EACH time

• Seated Hamstring Stretch • While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. • Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. • Hold this stretch for 30 seconds • Repeat 3 times for each leg. • Downward dog yoga stretch • Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation
