Hi, I am healthy person, enjoy normal food and without any medication, however when i was 22 years old i was very thin approx 45 kgs, then after marriage my bodu growth was good and was going in gym as well, gained to 60 kgs at .that time, current weight 57 kgs, i want to grow my muscles, YouTube searched and found to grow muscles i need whey protein, normal gym, testosterone booster capsules and multivitamin capsule, what are the implications and if i can take such medicine without doctors prescription. Thanks

Hi These are supplements and don’t require doctors prescription legally. However before taking any supplement you should consult your gym trainer on how to train you. Personally there is no problem in multi vitamin or whey protein but you should be careful about testesterone tabs because they can create imbalance in your hormonal system. That is something you need to consult your doctor for. Hope this helps
