**Specialist Doctor's Opinion:** Your symptoms of persistent body laxity and requiring conscious effort for basic activities are concerning and warrant proper medical evaluation. Here's my professional assessment: Possible Causes to Investigate: 1. Metabolic/Hormonal:    - Thyroid dysfunction (Hypothyroidism)    - Electrolyte imbalances    - Vitamin deficiencies (B12, Vitamin D) 2. Neurological:    - Early neuromuscular disorders    - Myasthenia gravis (autoimmune condition)    - Peripheral neuropathy 3. Other Medical:    - Chronic fatigue syndrome    - Sleep disorders    - Depression (can manifest physically) Recommended Workup: 1. Blood Tests:    - Complete blood count    - Thyroid profile (TSH, Free T3/T4)    - Electrolytes (Na, K, Ca, Mg)    - Vitamin B12, Vitamin D    - CPK (muscle enzyme)    - Fasting glucose 2. Clinical Evaluation:    - Neurological examination    - Muscle strength testing    - Reflex assessment Immediate Recommendations: - Maintain hydration and balanced nutrition - Track your symptoms (duration, triggers, progression) - Avoid self-medication This condition requires **proper clinical correlation** as many serious conditions can present with similar symptoms. I strongly recommend scheduling a **detailed consultation** for: 1. Thorough physical examination 2. Review of your complete medical history 3. Targeted investigations 4. Personalized management plan For appointment scheduling or preliminary discussion, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**.
