Hello Your TSH level is high, may be this the reason for body ache. May be need to increase your dosage of thyroid medication. And need to do some blood test. Provide complete history and you medication history

Can be due to generalised weakness . Such high TSH levels you are prone to being anaemic . You will need to change your thyroid medications and have a few basic blood investigations done.
