I was diagnosed with covid on Sunday as I was having 103 degrees fever. I took a azithromycin and LCZ for 3 days.But I am having terrible body ache headache and throat congestion. What should I do

Take tab dolo 650 mg for fever and headache(can take up to thrice daily)
Tab Montek LC 0-0-1 x 5 days
Tab Omez 20mg 1-0-1 x 5 days( 30 mins before food)
Tab Celin 500mg 1-0-1 x 1 week
Take tab Azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 2 more day
Next Steps
take steam inhalation twice daily
saline gargle thrice daily
