Blueish yellow spots on my chest

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have blueish yellow spots/patches on my breast . I am worried about it. It has been appeared 2 times with a 15 days of gaps. For 1st time I have applied ice pack on my chest for 3-5 day. The spots are disappear. But now once again it is appead. What is thr remedy for my Problem. Is this Serious thing. Whether it is a cancer symptoms.
