Suffering from blue balls. Epididymal hypertension
I used masterbate everyday but gradually decreased to alternative days and then suddenly I stopped masterbation but during that I experienced with night falls a lot( my testicles used to pain until I ejaculate after night fall)
But after a week I took a challenge of no gap but after 6 days of nofap got me into the trouble a slight pain started in my testicle!

Even if u stop masturbation testis should not pain as nightfall is happening.Better to get a scrotal ultrasound done for real picture
