Bloody stool with white mucus

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My 4 year old niece is having bloody mucus with stool , yesterday it was 10 times she has urged for potty and gone through bloody mucus. She was in hospital for 10 days for adheno virus last month and was given lots of medicine and antibiotics.we are very much worried and have no clue about the same.kindly help🙏
