Bloody blister on feet

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My mother is 49 years old. She has a blister like thing on her left feet which seems to be blood filled. It occasionally bleeds bleeding does not stop easily. This blood blister is on her feet for about 4 months. No pain, no itching. What to do?
