Bloodshot eye and rash over face

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I am in Spain and acted around 5 days I was violently sick and the next morning a pinprick rash appeared all over my face and neck and then over the next day or so my sister pointed out I have an extremely bloodshot eye which worried me due to me having a condition where there are blood vessels around my eyes
