It would have been better if you had send a photo.. to know if it was mixed with stool or some orangish red small stain in diaper. If really it is blood needs immediate consultation. Make sure baby was given vitamin K at birth ( check discharge summary). Check for injury near anus . Make sure that person cleaning the baby has no nails. If worried or recurrence seek immediate medical attention.
