- Age: 39
- Height: 180 cm
- Weight: 105 kg
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Alcohol consumption: 3 times/week
- Non-veg food outside: 4 times/week
- On Telfirst 40 (sincerely 1 year and was on Telma 20 from Age 26)
Given my rising HbA1c and fasting glucose levels, should I start
diabetes medication or focus on lifestyle and diet modifications? What specific changes would recommend?
