Blood sugar and headache
I was diagnosed with blood sugar pp 325 and vit d 11deficiency 6 months back. with H1 ac 6.9...I did not took any medicine and within 1 month my h1ac is 5.6... Fasting 90-115 and pp from 140-200 depending on food..I am taking all my diet except sweets.my problem is that I am having pressure in nose after eating and that makes me dizzy
.Even sometimes I am having pressure in nose and forehead but blood sugar was 90-120..And this pressure arises after eating food , help me on this

Though your sugar levels are ok as of now, those are expected go up with age. Better to take Tab Metformin. It will help in presenting progression. For your nasal problems its best to consult ENT specialist. It's unlikely to be related to diabetes
