Blood spots
I am currently in Poland and will be there for one month and it's very cold here. However I have sore throat and when I cough hard find some blood spots and blocked nose when I try to clean the block finding some blood. Is this a serious medical reasons. Please advise

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. Forced coughing or nose blowing can cause small blood vessels to rupture and cause bleeding. Usually it will resolve with simple over the counter cold medicines and cough syrups
