My grandmother's blood report are as follows= Sodium-119,crp-238,PP Blood sugar-582..She also has hypothyroidism,takes medicine for IHD,cholesterol,Hypertension...Are the reports very serious what should be done now?Shes very weak and not feeling like eating..

Sugars are really high. Need to check urine ketones . Better to hospitalize. She will require some iv fluids as well

Urgent treatment with fluids and insulin is required...it is not surprising to know that she must be drowsy with such low sodium and high sugars... Donot feed her anything including water , if she is not conscious...it will be even more dangerous.. Visit nearest hospital
