Blood report
Hello doc
My age is 31
I have done blood test. The report is
Cretinine serum- 1
Hb -10.4
Blood sugar fasting - 98
My concern is about the creatinine level it's 1 little on the upper side of the border line. Please give me some tips to get it low and what food to avoid for the above. Waiting for your rply.
Have also done thyroid test please go through the report.

Hi your reports seems to be normal, u dont need to think too much, having creatinine 1 is normal, it not on high normal, neither there is any term called high normal and a single blood report neither conclude anything. But if still u worry about it seems like some one with little knowledge had feed u or some google thing than in that case repeat ur blood test at 3-6 months on regular basis that will clear ur doubts as well as these trend will also help in making something conclusive, hope u can understand my point
