  4. Blood report. Is this value normal.

Hello doc I did blood test and the report is Hb 10.4 Cretinine serum 1 Sugar fasting 98 My concern is of creatine it's 1 little on the upper side of the border line so doc can u please suggest how to bring it lower and what food to avoid...is this value normal . And also the thyroid report attachment is here Plz go through it waiting for your rply.. Thanks in advance 🙏
