Blood Report Evaluation
My HB is 15.7, RBC is 5.43 mil/μL, MCV is 92.3 fL, MCH is 28.9 pg, Platlet Count is 203 thou/μL and Red Cell distribution width is 13.7%. All are normal as per lab range. But I have a high Hematocrit of 50.1% (Lab range 40-50) and MCHC is low 31.3 g/dL(Lab range 31.5-34.5). Also WBC count is high 10.65 thou/μL(Lab range 4-10). What is the reason for all this and how can I improve all this?

over all the report is normal only high tlc of 10 k is may be due to some seasonal infection and slight low mcv, mchc, mch may be due to iron deficiency. which is fairly common in india. i would prescrive a dlc to know which type of wbc is elevated and a esr u just start some dietary changes and start increaseing iron foods in your diet no medications are required foods rich in iron are spinach jaggery meat beet , etc
Next Steps
if your dlc and esr are normal this means this is your normal physiology and every one has slight different if you dont have any symptom you dont need to panic just increase healthy stuffs in diet
Health Tips
your Hb is 15 if you are having shortness of breath or clubbing in your fingers that might be a sign of ASTHMA OR COPD or some heart disease
