I have low BP problem. My period s r now a days 3 days and few quantity.can I take iron folic tablet s.or I think I have anemia.so please help me what I have to do??.does iron folic tablet have a side effect??i

Do Complete blood count and peripheral smear examination of blood.if more than required iron is taken it has side effect.
