Blood pressure
My systolic pressure is 120 but my diastolic is 100 and this morning I had 110/70 pressure
Do I have hypertension or what do I do ?
And my pressure usually is 110/70 and today it's 120/100 do I have to worry ? Or is it just stress?

It is normal...Just anxiety related..Always get it cross checked by a manual bp machine by a doctor if possible when in doubt
