Blood Pressure. Without the tablets.

My mother has been on Benitowa TRIO : 1-0-0 (Chlorthalidone 12.5mg + Benidipine 4 mg + telmisartan 40mg) and Benitowa Beta 50: 0-0-1 (benidipine 4 mg + metoprolol 50mg) alongwtih other medicines for diabetes and cholesterol, the details of which are provided in her profile .. She had an episode of Vomiting and loose motions on 19th spetember from which she recovered after taking oral antibiotics in a day. We bought an Omron Automatic Digital Blood Pressure machine on the same day to measure her BP....She is not taking her BP tablets since 19th september and even without taking BP tablets for 4 days,her BP readings are around 110-120/65-75 mmHg ...should she resume her blood pressure tablets or should the dose be reduced as her BP is normal even without the tablets. Please advise
