Blood pressure
My doctor has checked my blood pressure and it was 149/90(digital bp machine). I was visit to clinic while walking . So doctor has prescribed me blood pressure medication .
I am taking medicine from last 15 days but I have checked my blood pressure it is normal without taking medicine from last 2 days should i continue taking medicine or not ?.
Doctor has prescribed Telma-H one time.
I think might be I was reached to clinic while walking without taking rest doctor checked my blood pressure is that the reason it was very high ?
