The blood pressure reading of **150/95** indicates stage 1 hypertension, which is above the normal range. While it’s not extremely high, it still requires management and regular monitoring. The physician has advised switching to **Telvas H 40/12.5**, which contains an additional diuretic (Hydrochlorothiazide) that can help in better controlling the blood pressure. **Next steps:** 1. Start taking **Telvas H 40/12.5** as prescribed. 2. Regularly monitor your BP at home, ideally at the same time each day. 3. Review your readings with your physician after one week to assess the medication's effectiveness. 4. Follow a low-sodium diet, maintain a healthy weight, and engage in regular physical activity.
