Blood pressure
Hi, I am asking this for my husband.he is 30years old and having diastolic pressure between 90-100 and systolic between 120-130.should he need to take medicine or exercise is enough to control it.please advice.i am really disappointed as it heard if we start BP medicine it will need to take for life time.
