Aapka case dekh ke lag raha hai: • Sudden lifestyle change (late night, alcohol, heavy diet) • Uske baad BP high (160/110) • Ab medicines pe control aa gaya hai
Next Steps
• Medicines continue karo: – Telma 20 – MetXL 50 • BP monitoring: – Roz same time pe check karo – Panic me baar baar check mat karo • Agar chakkar zyada ho: – Doctor se dose adjust karwa sakte ho • Ek baar confirm karne ke liye (optional): – Kidney Doppler (agar doubt ho stenosis ka)
Health Tips
• Alcohol completely band karo (at least 2–3 months) • Salt kam karo • Daily 30 min walk (mandatory) • Proper sleep (no late nights) • Pani zyada piyo ⚠️ Red flags: • BP >160/100 repeatedly • Severe headache, chest pain ⸻

Continue your medicine .because you already have RAS[renal artery stenosis] .its means renal artery is narrow and less blood come and filtered. So better if you continue your bp medicine and bp is well manage. Do regular bp check once in a day. If you dont understand please consult me on practo for further guidance.

Continue Telma 20, start a healthy life style. Share results of sugar, thyroid profile, lipid profile and renal function tests.  Then I can help you to heal.
