BLOOD AGAIN AFTR STOPPING POST CESAREAN

Hi, My wife is 28 years old. She was boon with a baby boy on 25 jan 2021 after caesarean. Her blood flow was stopped after 4 weeks of operation. But now she is feeling again heavy blood flow like periods since 7 days. So I am worried. Is it normal to start blood flow after STOPPING. Kindly suggest prescription and suggestions.
