What might be the reason for cloudy and bloody urine with normal levels of liver (hight serum albumin - 3.45) and normal kidney function tests. Also EGFR is also normal. ‎No pain during urination no other pains too ‎Low calcium levels(8.75) observed ‎Prediabetic - 6 and borderline high cholesterol.

You should get another urine test with microscopy and culture to check for infection or contamination. Also, an abdominal ultrasound would be good to see if there are any structural issues like stones, bladder problems
