Blood in urine after sex

Asked for Male, 27 Years

From last 3 months i have seen blood in urine after having sex only . first blood clot come then light red urine. in ultrasound pancreas shows homogeneusly increased echotexture. right kidney 3.4mm sized renal calcilus seen, left kedney the pelivicalyceal system is mildly dulated with mild hydroureter due to presence of 4.8mm sized calculus seen in lower ureter. 4.1 and 3.2mm renal calculu seen , urinary bladder its wall thickness isnincreased 9.5mm,few abnormal echoes are seen.post void resdiual volume 20.8cc, seminal vesicles are enlarged and hypoechoiec-61.1mm
