I am having blood in stool from 2 days I don't know why it's not painful and burning sensation is there...and I had fever also in between ...

If its fresh blood ,and is painless ,it can be hemorrhoids. IF u have history of black colour stools get a cbc done and do colonoscopy ,if no than do surgery consultation who will do a DRE and proctoscopy

It is more likely due to anal fissure where you see fresh blood after or during passing stools with burning/ itching in anal area.
Avoid oily/ spicy/ fried/ non veg/ dairy/ caffeine
Plenty of fiber
Sitz bath
