Good morning doctor m 25year old man. A year ago I  had tight stool  there was some bright red colour blood also stool colour was yellow.. after that it never happened again..M SCARED after searching on Google.. This can be colon cancer It is my wedding on DECEMBER..M attaching pic pls guide me..
