Blood in stool

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Few days ago I had little bit abdominal pain then next day I got diarrhea where I have go for 3 times a day and then for 4 days I did not got stool and at the 4th day I got hard stool mixed with blood and next day got loose stool but did not get blood in it. I also have a history of constipation where I used to bowl once for 2 days.Please help me with the concern and guide me further.

Proctoscopy to ruleout piles. Also colonoscopy with biopsy to see for other cause of gi bleeding. Keep check on Haemoglobin level and weight reduction
