No thalassemia major or sickle cell disease both no possible.. but thalassemia minor , or thalassemia minor Hbd disease can happen .. symptoms mild to moderate anaemia
The possibility of thalasemia major is very less if the baby is girl she'll either be normal or inherit the thalasemia minor trait and she may not inherit the sickle cell trait
And if it's a boy there's a chance either he'll be normal or inherit the thalasemia major trait and he'll for sure inherit the sickle cell trait
