Haemoglobin 141 (normal range 120 - 160),
MCV 78 (normal range 86 - 110)
MCH 27 (normal range 26 - 38)
MCHC 34.6 (normal range 31 - 37)
Does this mean i am anaemic?

The reports are with in normal range.Most of the ladies are anaemic as they lose blood every month. So periodically get cbc test and take treatment if your understand level is below 10gms.

Hello No you are not anemic but still it will be better to take Folic Acid and Vit B12
