Blood coming out with urine

Asked for Male, 60 Years

He is suffering from last 4-5 days, worm like clotted blood in urine that come out 3-4 in start of urination at morning and single in remains day with no pain and other problems. From yesterday, he was feeling weakness and hot in penis, but I think this will probably due to stress and travel in summer on bike .
