Blood Clots in reccuring parts.

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hello, I have been noticing blue green blood clots in various parts of my body. They don't hurt or I don't feel any pain but it becomes Green in color. I have a few on my thighs and neck and now I have them on my hand as well. Can you let me know the cause and treatment?
