It is not normal. Please get your coagulation profile done and consult a General Physician in your area. There is no single straight forward treatment. Many combinations may have to be tried. So Tele-consultation becomes difficult.

It's not normal,if seen in different parts of the body, occurs without any injury.You may need to do a CBC test , PT and PTT.

Consult for further with blood follow up. Along with proper history of fever, duration , associated other symptoms like bodyache or shivering.

R u on blood  thiner? Or compression  or injury. Locally apply  thrombophob gel two  three times. Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3 days. Adv cbc.
