Better to consult a physician to rule out disorders of clotting. It could be a focal injury resulting in bleeding under the skin.
Next Steps
Apply ice packs covered in cloth
Health Tips
Avoid strenuous activity, if the spots get larger in size or if it becomes painful, please escalate care

This could be bruises. Ensure that you do exercises based on your body's threshold level. Dehydration might cause this issue. Do proper warm up and cool down exercises. You can give ice packs for 10 mins twice a day.

Hey there! Do not do excessive physical training. There is no point in doing anything excessively. Apply ice pack. Remember to do warm ups before any training sessions and also cool down after training.
