1. What was last period date?
2. Any history of unprotected coital activity?
3. Any history of I pill or other hormonal tablets?
4. What was urine pregnancy test result?
Heavy bleeding can be a sign of Missed abortion, incomplete abortion or just menstrual heavy flow. All depends on history and test.
So do not put half history here and get confused.
