Blood clot scar on face
My 3.5yr old son fell on a bathroom stair and his right cheek got hurt ,no blood loss.. it has swollen with  a big redish black scar on cheek.. dr said it will take 20 days for swelling to go.. I want to ask how that scar will disappear.. Hirudal cream is prescribed.. Pls let me know any other medication /way to remove scar.

If there is no blood loss, you mean there is no tissue loss.Then there should not be only scar. Can you attach a picture so it will be clearer as to what happened?
