Blood before periods due
Noticed blood while urinating yesterday morning, was confused if it's coming with urine or from vagina; after checking a few times, I think it's vagina. Periods are due in 3-4 days, cycle is <28 days, no pregnancy chance. Have recently started working out(5 days). Just want to make sure there is no risk of kidney or other urinal infections/diseases
