My wife feels blocking nose completely, shorten breathing, feeling uncomfortable in chest area. She feels weakness during evening time. She works in bank sector and sits 8-9 hours in AC and travel by public transport.

She's having Allergic Rhinitis with Hyper-Reactive Airways. There's no cure but can be controlled just like Hypertension or Diabetes. She needs to take Steroid nasal sprays daily for lifetime.
