Hello,
As a laparoscopic surgeon doing gall bladder surgeries for longer time now,
I've one advice to give to my patients is to get endoscopy done.
As these symptoms can occur due to ulcer inside the stomach.
So please get your upper GI endoscopy done before surgery

Your symptoms (bloating, stomach heaviness, mouth ulcers, and constipation) may or may not be directly related to the gallstones. Since you don't have typical gallstone pain, immediate surgery is not necessary.
Regular monitoring with your doctor
Investigate other possible causes of your symptoms, particularly for:
Bloating and constipation (may be related to diet or other digestive issues)
Mouth ulcers (often unrelated to gallstones)
Watch for warning signs that would require urgent medical attention:
Severe abdominal pain
Fever
Yellowing of skin or eyes
Persistent nausea or vomiting
Next Steps
Remember, not all gallstones require surgery, and a careful watch-and-wait approach is often safe and appropriate when there's no pain or complications.
