Bloating and low appetite

My father is suffering from bloating and low appetite from a few days......we consulted a gastroentrologist and done endoscopy.... biopsy was taken... today we received the report...please explain the report

It would be better to go the doctor who’s has done the biopsy: he will be in a beater position to judge the report based on his clinical findings and what he saw on Endoscopy. This report shows mild inflammation: but report alone can misguide us. The biopsy could be inadequate for diagnosis Elderly patients are at risk of having major illnesses
