Bloating and constipation
I have bloating at arround 4am I have taken pan it and pan d and aciloc 300mg  after and before meal. But endoscopy shoe no gas. I am taking unienzyme after meal and lactitol syrup at night Only aciloc 300mg at 4 am then 50% motion then again I have to pan d or Pan it but Instead no motion. What is solution.
