Bloated/Stomach/ possible blockage

My stomach is extremely bloated, and aches. My belly sticks out , like as if I am 4 months pregnant. This has been just in the past week. It aches so bad. And I have this crazy insane appetite. However, I quit doing amphetamines 2 weeks ago. And I am on methadone. I've never seen my stomach like this, I'm average size... I have not been able to use the b bathroom enough... I have taken milk of mag, that citrate stuff in the glass bottle, and I tried the water with sea salt. And not much hap
