From past two days I have been suffering from minor fever, dry cough and alot of water pimples through out the body and itching in head as well.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. But it is difficult to diagnose the condition without clinical examination. Milaria is common associated with fever. Milaria does appear like fluid filled lesions associated with itching. But however even other fluid filled conditions like pemphigus, drug reaction. So kindly consult a dermatologist for that. For fever and cough consult a general physician for further evaluation.
