The blisters may have occurred due to the existing fungal infection or secondary bacterial infection due to scratching. I would recommend you do not refer to the internet for your queries and instead consult a certified dermatologist since you can get an accurate impression of what is the actual problem in a scientific way. Please discontinue the use of Dermi5 as it is a steroid-containing creams which has very serious side effects on the skin, especially of the face and private areas. Kindly share the photographs of the lesions and I will guide you further; otherwise, you can consult a nearby certified dermatologist for further management.
Next Steps
Consult a certified dermatologist.
