Blisters on the skin

Asked for Female, 65 Years

My mother has diabetes and she is on regular medication. For the last two weeks she has developed blisters on her both legs. The doc advised her medication (Vozet 5 mg and Zole ointment)for a week but that didn't have any effect. the blisters have little pus too and are red in color. The boils have now increased. Please advise
