Blisters on sole of feet

Asked for Female, 5 Years

My daughter is 5 years old and off lately ( 3 months) or so she is getting clear blisters on her sole of feet which is itchy. These comes at random and is not accompanied by any fever. They go out on their own without any blisters. Giving Citrzine gives some relief. Are these some kind of allergies. Thanks
